1. Get the Context app

Download Context by Fulcra from the App Store. Connect your wearables, glucose monitor, and health apps to start collecting data automatically.

2. Add the Context connector

In ChatGPT (Plus or higher), go to Apps → Advanced Settings, turn on Developer Mode, then Create app. Paste

3. Ask ChatGPT anything
